We can take a maximum of 50 pax. If you have more people, you may have to come in batches. Alternatively, we do conduct outdoor workshops and can do so at your premise.

3.
Is there a minimum number of people you need before conducting a workshop?

We need a minimum number of 5. If you have less than 5 (2-4 pax), there is a small surcharge of $5 per person i.e. $30. If we already have an existing group that you may join, once the number hits 5 pax, everybody gets to enjoy the rate of $25 per pax.

I have some Dietary Restrictions. Can the items on the menu be changed?

Yes. Do let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, whether you are vegetarian, allergic to seafood, can't take pork etc, and we will do our best to arrange a menu that is suitable for you.

5.
Do you conduct outdoor Workshops?

Yes we do. All the time! Please contact us via e-mail (yixuante@singnet.com.sg) or call us at 6224-6961 for a quote. The quote will depend on various things; the number of people, the duration, whether a full workshop is required etc. We will do our best to find something that works for you and/or your company.

6.
Is the workshop conducted in English or Mandarin?

The workshop can be conducted in either English or Mandarin.

7.
Are there are any additional charges other than the prices stated on the website?

No, the prices stated on our website are nett charges. There is no additional service charge, GST etc. The only additional charge may be the surcharge of $5 mentioned earlier, if you are a group smaller than 5.

8.
Is this workshop suitable for kids?

Yes it is. The youngest group we've ever had was from a Kindergarten and they were 5 years old. We simplify the words used so that young children will be able to understand. In any case, we give workshops to our Primary (Elementary) school children all the time. Also, the cups used are small enough that young children are able to handle them.

9.
Is the place accessible/ wheelchair friendly?

We are located along the main road and you may drop off and pick up from here. There is a car park nearby on Duxton Hill which is less than 5 minutes walk away from our Teahouse. There aren't any steps to climb in our Teahouse so no problems there.

10.
Do you do corporate events?

Yes we do. Please contact us via e-mail (yixuante@singnet.com.sg) or call us at 6224-6961 for a quote. For example, we have conducted workshops and included some fun games related to tea for our corporate customers before.

I see that I have the option of buying tea in cans or in the high density packets. What is the difference?

If you have bought teas from us before and already have the can, you may want to just buy the tea in a packet to top up your can. We offer a discount on tea bought in packet form. You may also have your own can or storage solution that you would like to use. If that's the case, you may not need our can and get some savings there.
